MOSH: Museum of Science & History The Museum of Science and History is right across the river from the Hyatt. The MOSH houses a wide collection of artifacts and other memorabilia explaining the story of the growth of Northeast Florida and other parts of the country. There are a variety of exhibits focusing on nature, water life, and history, but they change seasonally, so be sure to check their web site for updates. The Kidspace is for children ages 5 and under featuring a tree house and water table.
The MOSH also holds Cosmic Concerts
in the planetarium that combine music with a laser light show.
Kona Skate Park
Kona is said to be the nation's oldest continuously running skate park. Please note, all skaters at Kona must have a waiver on file before they can skate. This waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. You can download the form from the web site or pick one up from the park.

Kids Kampus is a special park-like atmosphere made for kids! It is a 10 acre recreational facility with lots of fun slides and climbing opportunities for your young ones. Everything is brightly colored and educational as well. A jogging trail is also on the property.
