The Landing is a short walk from the Hyatt Regency. It features more than 15 retail stores including a great little toy store (The Toy Factory) that is a perfect place to get gifts for your children! You can also enjoy the beautiful view of the St. Johns River from several restaurants and bars.

San Marco Square is not a mall, but a small neighborhood with some of the best in Jacksonville shopping and dining. It is across the river from the Hyatt and a few blocks south of the river bank. There is great women's shopping at LUNA (stylish, casual fashion), 5 Sisters Boutique (eclectic, LA-type clothing featuring Sue Wong and Parameter), Beverle's, Rosie True (quirky--great t-shirts and high-end jeans), San Marco Petites, and Krista Eberle (clean-lined career and country club dressing). There are also some designer consignment shops down the road. Men can shop at Karl's, with high-end American and European designer fashions, and excellent service. Other stores include a kitchen emporium, a fine used book store, an elegant stationer, an eclectic boutique for French Provincial house wares, an art gallery, an elegant Bath and Linens shop, Underwood's Jewelers, a good custom carpet store, and many more!

About 13 miles from the Hyatt Regency, this is one of Jacksonville ’s newest malls and now features many upscale stores and restaurants.  It takes up 1.1 million square feet and has recently been updated in Fall 2007.  It features over 20 restaurants and over a hundred retail stores.  Stores include Louis Vuitton, Coach, Pottery Barn, DSW, Tommy Bahama, bebe, BCBG, Wiliams-Sonoma, Everything But Water, Banana Republic, and Juicy Couture.
