The DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY at FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY seeks an applicant for an OPEN RANK tenure-track faculty position in LEGAL PSYCHOLOGY to begin fall 2010. A Ph.D. in Psychology or related area is required. The successful candidate will join a nationally prominent doctoral program in Legal Psychology, will advise doctoral students, and must have the potential to make a significant contribution to the discipline. Candidates should provide evidence of excellence in research, demonstrate potential to obtain external funding, interface with the School of Law, and be committed to teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. FIU is a member of the State University System of Florida, currently serving a diverse population of 40,000 students.
