 Position Summary
The Clinic Director is a full-time position which reports to the President and CEO of the company.  This Director is responsible for managing clinical services and administrative operations in Los Angeles and will need to interface with both existing and potential referral sources.  The Clinic Director represents the clinic and the larger organization in various public forums.  The selected candidate will enjoy the opportunities that are provided by overseeing an independent clinic within the company’s larger supportive structures.  

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage all clinic operations including personnel matters, staff meetings, budget oversight, employee time-keeping, landlord relations and similar matters
  • Supervise and train staff and interns
  • Provide direct client treatment
  • Interface with senior management team and other Directors to discuss clinical, administrative, fiscal, HR and strategic planning issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with funding agencies
  • Remain current regarding treatment of sex offenders and other populations  

Minimum Requirements

  • Licensed Psychologist for 5 years – licensed in California or eligible for California licensure
  • Proven administrator able to manage multiple details
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staffing, HR and productivity demands
  •  Demonstrated ability to manage and adhere to a set budget
  •  Professional demeanor and high ethical standards
  •  Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Experienced with substance abuse issues, forensic assessment, providing and supervising  individual and group therapy
  • Able to work well on a team and adaptable to change
  • Certified by the California Sex Offender Management Board (www.CASOMB.org) at the Independent Practitioner level or qualified for such certification
  • Clinical member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (www.ATSA.com) or qualified for such membership
