Our psychology department is expanding, and we are seeking applicants with a strong background in forensic psychology or competence in evaluation and treatment of sex offenders to join our team.
The mission statement of MSOP is as follows: To promote public safety by providing a safe and secure environment in which civilly committed sex offenders are offered the opportunity to participate in high quality treatment programs that enhance the success of their reentry into society.
We are currently recruiting psychologists for our primary clinical program and our Department of Corrections program, both located in Moose Lake, MN, the gateway to Duluth, Lake Superior, and beautiful northern Minnesota. This is an opportunity to work with an enthusiastic and supportive treatment team, and a challenging patient population.

Participation in Special Review Board hearings is required. Psychologists also provide clinical leadership to treatment teams.
Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary. Generous vacation, holiday, and sick leave are provided. Excellent medical and dental benefits are offered at reasonable premiums. Dependant coverage is also available. Additional benefits include life insurance, short and long-term disability, and exceptional retirement plans. Relocation expense reimbursement is also available. Ongoing continuing educational opportunities exist, as well as financial support for CEU’s.
